Yoobi hotfix 2.5.10 is live

- Vanaf nu kun je onder andere filters in Yoobi nog efficiënter inzetten, verlof gedetailleerder aanvragen en eenvoudiger werken met Accountview en Yuki. Bovendien hebben we nog verschillende andere verbeteringen en bugfixes doorgevoerd!

Yoobi hotfix 2.5.10 is uitgebracht
De volgende verbeteringen zijn doorgevoerd:

  • new Verschillende filters in Yoobi hebben handige uitbreidingen: 'Bevat geen', 'Begint niet met', 'Eindigt niet met', 'Is leeg' en 'Is niet leeg'.
  • improved Facturen die handmatig in Yuki zijn toegevoegd en ook in Yoobi bestaan, worden voortaan ook gecontroleerd op de betaalstatus.
  • improved Als is ingesteld dat het ordernummer gebaseerd is op de projectcode, zal voortaan de datum/tijd worden gebruikt als ordernummer als het project geen code heeft.
  • improved De bestandsnaam van een (verplichte) bijlage bij een offerte heeft een 12-cijferige reeks in de naam zitten, deze werd getoond bij verzenden maar zal voortaan niet meer worden getoond.
  • improved Self-billing: het G-rekening-percentage op de self-billing factuur wordt nu vanuit de self-billing leverancier gekozen en niet uit de verkoop klant.
  • improved Er is een nieuwe instelling om nog gedetailleerder verlof aan te kunnen vragen: "Verlofdeclaratie ophogen met stappen van ...". Hiermee geef je aan wat de 'stap' van verhogen/verlagen is bij het invullen van de aanvraag, dus bv elke stap is 10 minuten.
  • fix Wanneer je toegang had tot CRM - Verkopen, maar niet tot Producten, dan kon je geen producten kiezen bij de opsplitsing van de verkoopwaarde.
  • fix Projectmanagers met een beperkend recht op Projectbudget mochten wel budgetregels op actief zetten, maar niet op inactief.
  • fix Accountview-koppeling - het ophalen van openstaande posten was gelimiteerd op 1000 items. Dit leverde problemen op met het synchoniseren van de betaalastatus. Dit is opgelost.
  • fix Contactkeuze bij taak toont nu alle resultaten (bij relaties met veel contacten).
  • fix Self-billing orders: in sommige situaties kon de contactpersoon niet verwijderd worden uit de order.
  • fix Factuurtemplate: positiewijziging via drag-drop werkt weer.
  • fix Bulkmutatie starten vanuit een selectie werkt weer.

Yoobi hotfix 2.5.10 is deployed
The following improvements have been made:

  • fix If you had access to CRM - Sales, but not Products, you could not choose products in the breakdown of the sales value.
  • fix Project managers with a restrictive right to Project budget were allowed to set budget lines to active, but not to inactive.
  • fix Account view link - the retrieval of outstanding items was limited to 1000 items. This caused problems with the synchronization of the payment status. This has been resolved.
  • fix Contact choice for task now shows all results (for relations with many contacts).
  • fix Self-billing orders: in some situations the contact person could not be removed from the order.
  • fix Invoice template: position change via drag-drop works again.
  • fix Starting bulk mutation from a selection works again.

Folgende Verbesserungen wurden vorgenommen:

  • new Einige Filter in Yoobi haben nützliche Erweiterungen: "Enthält nicht", "Beginnt nicht mit", "Endet nicht mit", "Ist leer" und "Ist nicht leer".
  • improved Rechnungen, die manuell in Yuki hinzugefügt wurden und auch in Yoobi vorhanden sind, werden jetzt auch auf den Zahlungsstatus überprüft.
  • improved Wenn die Bestellnummer auf dem Projektcode basiert, wird Datum / Uhrzeit jetzt als Bestellnummer verwendet, wenn das Projekt keinen Code hat.
  • improved Der Dateiname eines (obligatorischen) Anhangs zu einem Angebot enthält eine 12-stellige Zeichenfolge. Diese wurde beim Senden angezeigt, wird jedoch nicht mehr angezeigt.
  • improved Selbstabrechnung: Der Prozentsatz des G-Kontos auf der Selbstabrechnungsrechnung wird jetzt vom Lieferanten für die Selbstabrechnung und nicht vom Verkaufskunden ausgewählt.
