- Deze week een aantal bugfixes, en verbeteringen die de helderheid ten goede komen, op het gebied van bijvoorbeeld kalenders en licentie informatie. Tevens een extra optie voor Verkopen.

- Diese Woche eine Reihe von Fehlerkorrekturen und Verbesserungen zur Verbesserung der Übersichtlichkeit in Bereichen wie Kalendern und Lizenzinformationen. Auch eine zusätzliche Option für den Verkauf.

Yoobi hotfix 2.4.4 is uitgebracht
De volgende verbeteringen zijn doorgevoerd:

  • new Bij een verkoop: de alternatieve verkoopprijs van product of prijs van een artikel wordt direct overgenomen bij het toevoegen aan de verkoop, de prijs is zichtbaar in de snelkeuze.
  • improved Yoobi Addin: zoeken naar medewerker gebeurt nu ook op Outlook e-mail en G-mail adres van de gekoppelde gebruiker.
  • improved De status van de actuele facturen op het financiële dashboard houdt nu rekening met meerdere valuta.
  • improved Alle kalenders zijn nu voorzien van een weeknummer.
  • improved Licentie informatie toont alle gefactureerde abonnementen, bijbestelling geldt voor de hele periode.
  • improved Als een contactpersoon maar gekoppeld is aan 1 project, wordt het tekstje in de detailblokken veranderd naar de naam van het project.
  • fix Verlof werd verdubbeld getoond in de medewerkerplanning, wanneer het verloftype niet in de verlofregeling bestond en dus direct te boeken was in de timesheet.
  • fix Bij invullen van de einddatum van deelname van een medewerker bij een functiegroep, terwijl de functiegroep geen start/einddatum had, werd het tarief van deze functiegroep uitgesloten van de berekening van de tarieven.
  • fix Navigatie van factuur via order naar project gaf een blank scherm.
  • fix Dubbele project accordeertaken werd veroorzaakt bij dubbelklik project-save.
  • fix Medewerkerplanning had nog tekst in nederlands (meertalig).
  • fix Bij het sluiten en openen van een project met regieorder via het detailblok kwam geen popup om ook de order te openen/sluiten.
  • fix Een self-billing relatie kon niet altijd worden gekozen door een design-issue.
  • fix Zonder bevoegdheden konden bij een self-billing order geen medewerkers worden gekozen. Door een melding is dat nu duidelijk.
  • fix Relatiesnelkeuze bij self-billing instelling filtert nu correct op relatie.
  • fix Onkostenregistratie geeft direct aan of timesheet gesloten is, en toont eerste beschikbare datum.

The following improvements have been made:

  • fix Duplicate project accordion tasks were caused on double click project-save.
  • fix When closing and opening a project with direction order via the detail block, no popup appeared to also open / close the order.
  • fix A self-billing relationship could not always be chosen due to a design issue.
  • fix No employees could be selected for a self-billing order without authorization. This is now clear through a report.
  • fix Relationship speed choice with self-billing setting now filters correctly on relationship.
  • fix Expense registration immediately indicates whether timesheet is closed, and shows first available date.
  • fix Employee planning still had text in Dutch (multilingual).

Yoobi hotfix 2.4.4 wurde ausgerollt
Folgende Verbesserungen wurden vorgenommen:

  • new Bei einem Verkauf: Der alternative Verkaufspreis eines Produkts oder der Preis eines Artikels wird sofort übernommen, wenn zum Verkauf hinzugefügt wird. Der Preis wird in der Geschwindigkeitsauswahl angezeigt.
  • improved Yoobi Addin: Die Suche nach Mitarbeitern erfolgt jetzt auch über die Outlook-E-Mail-Adresse und die G-Mail-Adresse des verknüpften Benutzers.
  • improved Der Status der aktuellen Rechnungen im Finanz-Dashboard berücksichtigt jetzt mehrere Währungen.
  • improved Alle Kalender haben jetzt eine Wochennummer.
  • improved Lizenzinformationen zeigen alle in Rechnung gestellten Abonnements an, zusätzliche Bestellungen gelten für den gesamten Zeitraum.
  • improved Wenn eine Kontaktperson nur mit einem Projekt verknüpft ist, wird der Text in den Detailblöcken in den Namen des Projekts geändert.
  • fix Der Urlaub wurde im Mitarbeiterplan doppelt ausgewiesen, wenn die Urlaubsart im Urlaubsschema nicht vorhanden war und daher direkt in der Arbeitszeittabelle gebucht werden konnte.
  • fix Bei der Eingabe des Enddatums der Teilnahme eines Mitarbeiters an einer Jobgruppe, während die Jobgruppe kein Start- / Enddatum hatte, wurde die Rate dieser Jobgruppe von der Berechnung der Raten ausgeschlossen.
  • fix Die Navigation von der Rechnung über die Bestellung zum Projekt ergab einen leeren Bildschirm.
  • fix Doppelte Projektakkordeonaufgaben wurden beim Doppelklicken auf Projektspeichern verursacht.fix [-- Voeg hier bugfix content toe --]
  • fix Die Mitarbeiterplanung hatte noch niederländischen Text (mehrsprachig).
  • fix Beim Schließen und Öffnen eines Projekts mit Richtungsreihenfolge über den Detailblock schien kein Popup die Reihenfolge zu öffnen / schließen.
  • fix Eine Beziehung zur Selbstabrechnung konnte aufgrund eines Designproblems nicht immer ausgewählt werden.
  • fix Die Auswahl der Beziehungsgeschwindigkeit mit Selbstabrechnungseinstellung filtert jetzt korrekt nach Beziehung.
  • fix Die Spesenregistrierung zeigt sofort an, ob die Arbeitszeittabelle geschlossen ist, und zeigt das erste verfügbare Datum an.

  • improved Le statut des factures en cours sur le tableau de bord financier prend désormais en compte plusieurs devises.
  • improved Tous les calendriers ont désormais un numéro de semaine.
  • improved Les informations de licence montrent tous les abonnements facturés, les commandes supplémentaires s'appliquent pour toute la période.
  • improved Si une personne de contact n'est liée qu'à un seul projet, le texte des blocs de détail sera remplacé par le nom du projet.
  • fix Le congé était indiqué doublé dans l'horaire des employés si le type de congé n'existait pas dans le plan de congé et pouvait donc être enregistré directement dans la feuille de temps.
  • fix Lors de la saisie de la date de fin de participation d'un salarié à un groupe d'emplois, alors que le groupe d'emplois n'avait pas de date de début / fin, le taux de ce groupe d'emplois a été exclu du calcul des taux.
  • fix La navigation de la facture via la commande au projet a donné un écran vide.
  • fix Des tâches d'accordéon de projet en double ont été causées par un double-clic sur la sauvegarde du projet.
  • fix La planification des employés avait encore du texte en néerlandais (multilingue).
  • fix Lors de la fermeture et de l'ouverture d'un projet avec ordre de direction via le bloc de détail, aucune fenêtre contextuelle ne semblait également ouvrir / fermer la commande.
  • fix Une relation d'auto-facturation n'a pas toujours pu être choisie en raison d'un problème de conception.
  • fix Aucun employé ne peut être sélectionné pour une commande d'autofacturation sans autorisation. C'est désormais clair dans un rapport.
  • fix Le choix de vitesse de relation avec le paramètre d'auto-facturation filtre désormais correctement sur la relation.
  • fix L'enregistrement des dépenses indique immédiatement si la feuille de temps est fermée et affiche la première date disponible.
